Finding Time to Keep Your Sanity

An Anti Stress Lunch is completely necessary tool in order to keep your sanity. I used to think that I could power through everything. That no matter what the kids, the job, the wife was doing to me, I could simply lower my shoulder and plow through the problem. After I nearly blew up on my boss last month because of a tiny, non-essential issue, I realized that I needed to change my routine.

But where would I find time to get to the gym consistently or take a whole Saturday off for a day at the park?

I needed to find something that offered an accessible and regular way to manage my stress. I found a 45 minute yoga class that’s offered right around the time I take a lunch. Nowadays, I don’t feel so crazed. Do I still have stress? Absolutely. But now, it’s a little more manageable and that has made all the difference.
