I am pleased with the quality of Shakeology meal replacement shake. I tried this because I ran out of my usual shake powder. When I went to the store, there was only this. I bought it. This is the best workout ever. I learned about the BBL last year but I only bought it recently because I already have plenty of DVD workouts here at home. I am very glad that I found this one. I never really thought I would see effects this early but I have. I am content.

Continuing My Success in Shaping My Body

I am so happy about the Insanity workout that I purchased! I guess that the other workouts were really dwindling down as I went, but things are really happening now! I thought that I would be able to lose weight for awhile, but my body has plateaued, and it seems like it really wants something different and more difficult. I had no idea that this was even going to be an issue, but at least I have the Insanity videos to help me get through this. It just seems like such an ideal way for me to continue shaping my body. There is really no reason for me to not continue building up my strength. I have done very well with the past workouts, so why not continue the success with something that is a bit harder? I can’t wait to see what this workout can do for me. I am just in my first days of it.
