A Little Pampering Here and There

I am the kind of person who likes to make sure that the needs of others are met before meeting my own needs. This means that a lot of people turn to me for support, and I am generally seen as a dependable person, but at the same time it also means that I sometimes do not have the time to give back to myself the way that I need to. When all of my own needs are not being met, I end up running myself down quite thin, and need a break or I will break myself. This year I need a little extra tender love and care, and my husband has been really great about seeing this need. He is sending us to a koh samui spa for a little downtime, and I could not be happier. I will be relaxed from head to toe, and will return ready to continue giving back to those around me with an invigorated spirit.
